Charis Mousikos joined Seven Property Group in 2019 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

 

With a background in sales management and F&B, Charis brings extensive experience to the team. He specializes in property valuations, sales strategies, and customer service, and has completed courses in various areas including leadership and performance.

 

As COO, Charis is committed to driving operational excellence and ensuring top-quality service delivery across all aspects of the company.

Yiannos joined Seven Property Group in August 2013.

 

He is responsible for the overall financial coordination and daily financial management and reporting of all the companies of the group.

Due to his significant experience gained by working for a real estate developing company for several years he is also heavily involved in property valuations and feasibility studies for real estate.

 

He is CAT qualified and currently pursuing ACCA.

Andreas joined Seven Property Group in April 2024.

He holds the position of the Partnership Development Manager of our company. Bringing a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Andreas possesses deep insights into sales intricacies and the strategic importance of marketing initiatives.

 

With a successful entrepreneurial background, his extensive experience as a former Sales Manager and Business Development Manager further strengthens his ability to cultivate partnerships and drive growth.

Aimilios joined Seven Property Group in May 2018.

 

He holds the position of the Technical Manager of our company. His previous experience is in the Tourism industry and customer service. He is in charge of the technical sector for all the properties that we manage and specializes in tracking & solving problems, coordination and guidance to our technicians and subcontractors.

 

Under his responsibilities are also operations of the departments of Maintenance, Cleaning, Concierge & Rental Management (technical sector) from hiring to programming and quality supervision.

Voula has been part of Seven Property Group from day one.

 

She has experience in all of the Group’s departments and currently owns the position of Operations Officer. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company but especially focuses on new customer services and the proper running of the company. She is also accountable for the company employees.

She has obtained a certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts (level 2), ICT Europe, LCCI Certificate Text Production whilst she has participated in many seminars regarding Human Resources and Customer Service.

Christina joined Seven Property Group back in December 2009.

 

She currently holds the position of Supervisor in our Communal Property Management department operating as the point of contact for assigned customers.

Christina manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. Also coordinating with staff members.

 

She has graduated Hotel and Tourism Management from Intercollege, Larnaca Cyprus. She has also attended numerous seminars regarding Customer Service, Internal quality management systems inspectors and Leadership.

Ioannis joined Seven Property Group in June 2023.

 

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and brings 15 years of experience in Building Facility Management. His creativity and expertise have significantly enhanced the company's efficiency.

 

As the Account Building Manager, Ioannis oversees projects and delivers high-level services to both existing and new clients. Additionally, he actively contributes to the company's ongoing affairs, ensuring continuous improvement and success.

Fotini’s journey with Seven Property Group began in October 2023.

 

Her academic background in Public Administration, combined with an MBA and extensive work experience in the field, equips her with the skills needed to excel in her role. Her responsible and hard-working nature makes her a valuable member of our team.

 

As an Account Manager, Fotini is dedicated to maintaining excellent relationships with her clients, with their satisfaction being her primary goal. Her commitment and expertise ensure she consistently delivers outstanding results.

Maro joined our team in February 2023, bringing with her over 25 years of expertise in accounting and secretarial roles.

 

Within Seven Property Group, Maro plays a vital role in our reception, telephone center operations, and executing accounting duties.

Costas has joined Seven Property Group in 2012

 

He is outgoing and always on hand to offer solutions or advice on any matter. He is a valuable member of our team and a professional representative of our Group. Costas is responsible for transferring important office documents and is in charge of money collection.

 

He enjoys being surrounded by people as he has numerous years of experience in the customer service sector. His smile and positive energy are the best representation of company!

Stavros has been a key member of our Maintenance department since 2021, specializing in pool maintenance with a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification.

 

He oversees technical inspections and general maintenance for our apartment buildings. His expertise covers a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and functioning smoothly.

 

Known for his quick problem-solving skills and reliable service, Stavros brings a wealth of experience and a positive attitude to every task. His dedication and professional demeanor make him an invaluable representative of our company.

Ms. Pavlina Papadatou joined Seven Property Group in October 2024.

She is a qualified lawyer and holds a Law degree, an MBA (Master of Business Administration), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. With extensive experience in the management of shared buildings and a solid academic foundation, Ms. Papadatou is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal department. Her role includes managing legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic direction on a wide range of legal issues. Her professional capabilities and dedication contribute to the efficient operation and legal integrity of the company.
